The Sword of Summer is written by Rick Riordan (same author as the author of "Percy Jackson"), published by Scholastic Inc. in the year 2015, and has 491 pages. Magnus Chase is the son of the Norse god, Frey. One day, his uncle Randolph takes him to a river and tries to make Magnus get the sword of summer (it used to be Frey's). Then a bunch of other weird things start happening to him. Such as, he died. No, don't worry, he gets resurrected and sent to Valhalla, pretty much a hotel for demi-gods and goddesses waiting for the end of the world. But yeah, he goes on crazy adventures, meets an elf and a dwarf that can't exist in sunlight, and sees his dead self! To make sense of al the weird stuff I just told you, read the book!
In my opinion I rate this book with 4 stars. 😺☆☆☆☆
Stay strong in your reading! This is Lily signing off!
